Our Philosophy
Wild nature, millions of flowers and Cretan climate creates the perfect environment to produce delicious honey and high quality bee products. We are focused on chasing raw monofloral honeys with rare tastes and aromas.
It is important for us at to offer honey which is unheated and untreated directly from the bee hives. Our raw honey is not heated or filtered which means it has all important vitamins, minerals, amino acids and enzymes.
The island provides an excellent environment for organic honey production, far away from intensive agriculture. Cretan wild nature where the bees collect the honey is free from pesticides, chemicals and fertilizers. On that direction, we exclusively use organic treatments to our colonies to reduce parasitic mites. Those make the honey completely organic.
